摘  要:导槽密封条是车门玻璃升降系统中的核心零件之一,作为车门玻璃升降的引导件,它兼有导向、密封、防水、防尘、降噪等诸多功能。文章借助MARC有限元分析软件,对导槽密封条进行压缩变形模拟分析,根据分析结果和变形过程动画,判断设计是否合理及如何进行结构改进,最后通过计算机仿真和零件性能实验验证结构改进的有效性。Glass run seal, as a core part of the window lifter system, performs the function of guiding door glasses Additionally, it also has to achieve appropriate seal- ing, water resistance, dust resistance and noise reduc- tion performances. In this paper, compression deform- ation simulation of a design scheme of glass run seal is carried out with the commercial finite element analysis code MARC. Based on the analysis results and the de- formation animation, judgment on whether the design is rational or not is made and reasonable structure im- provement proposals are put forward. The structure improvement proposals are validated by both computer simulation and part performance tests
