摘　　要：中国传统文化和现代文学运动造就了知识分子的几类典型。周扬同志可以算是某一类典型的代表。多角度剖析他探望病中胡风时的一言一行的"玄机"(中性词),揭示其多重蕴涵,可以收到典型剖视、以小见大之效,深入体认知识分子心灵的极其复杂的"矛盾统一体"。In China,traditional culture and modern literary movement have brought up several types of models of intellectuals,of whom Zhou-Yang should be a typical example.When he visited sick Hu-Feng,what he said and what he did were full of ＂arcane truth＂.It is valuable for us to analyse the arcane truth from various angles and to reveal their multi-level connotation.Such a sectional view of a model may well serve as a true portraiture of the very complex contradictory unity of intellectual soul.
