摘　　要：结合中兴通讯在全球商用网的优化案例,讨论了基于网管性能统计数据对网络KPI进行优化的思路和具体方法,介绍了对网络日常优化所需关注的主要KPI。In combination with the optimization case of global commercial network of ZTE, it discusses the consideration and specific method on optimizing network KPI based on network management performance statistic data, gives the major KPI which need attention in the routine optimization.
