摘  要:目的研究大孔树脂分离水芹菜总黄酮的条件。方法利用静态吸附方法筛选分离水芹菜总黄酮的最适大孔树脂,利用动态吸附方法研究最适大孔树脂分离水芹菜总黄酮的条件。结果大孔树脂AB-8是吸附水芹菜总黄酮的效果最好,最佳分离条件是:上样速率是1.5 m l.m in-1,5 BV80%的乙醇以1.0 m l.m in-1的速率洗脱。结论利用大孔吸附树脂AB-8在以上最佳条件下,可使9.98%水芹菜总黄酮纯度提高到25.8%。Objective To study the condition of separating total flavonoids in bengal waterdropwort herb with macroporous resin.Methods Using static absorption,optimum macroporous resin which was used for separating total flavonoids in bengal waterdropwort herb was selected.Using dynamic absorption,the condition of separating total flavonoids in bengal waterdropwort herb optimum macroporous resin was studied.Results Optimum macroporous resin was AB-8,and the optimum codition was as follow:the speed that sample flows through macroporous resin was 1.5 ml·min-1,and the total flavonoids absorbed on macroporous resin can eluted by 80% ethanol of 5 BV,the elution speed was 1.0 ml·min-1.Conclusion Using upwards condition,the purity of total flavonoids in bengal waterdropwort herb can be increased to 25.8% from 9.98%.
