摘　　要：目的探讨头皮冠状切口在颌骨骨折中的应用价值,尤其是对颌面部颧骨、颧弓、眶周骨折中的应用。方法对68例患者全部应用头皮冠状切口复位固定。结果66例I期愈合,2例II期愈合。结论头皮冠状切口在颌面部颧骨、颧弓、眶周骨折中的应用有重要意义。Objective To investigate the value of scalp coronal incision in jaw fractures, especially in maxillofacial zygoma, zygomatic arch, orbital fractures. Methods Scalp coronal incision was applied in 68 patients for reduction and fixation. Result 66 cases of healing at stage I, two cases of healing at stage Ⅱ. Conclusion Scalp coronal incision plays an important role in maxiUofacial zygomatic bone, zygomatic arch, orbital fractures.
