TGF-β1和VEGF在胃癌的表达及其相关性的研究

摘　　要：研究转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌的表达及其相关性。应用ELISA法测定58例胃癌患者TGF-β1和VEGF水平。结果表明血清TGF-β1和VEGF水平在胃癌组与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。TGF-β1与VEGF存在正相关(r=0.365,P<0.01)。结果提示胃癌患者血清TGF-β1和VEGF在胃癌均明显升高。TGF-β1通过对VEGF的正向调控协同促进了胃癌的病期进展和淋巴结转移。To study the expression of transforming growth factor-beta 1 （TGF-β1） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and the correlation between them in patients with gastric cancer. The serum TGF-β1 and VEGF levels in 58 patients with gastric cancer were detected by ELISA. The results showed that the serum levels of TGF-β1 and VEGF in patients with gastric cancer were significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was a positive correlation between TGF-β1 and VEGF levels in patients with gastric cancer （ r = 0. 365 ,P 〈0.01 ）. The positive regulation of TGF-β1 to VEGF might highly promote the progress and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer.
