花生壳茎叶等综合利用研究进展

摘　　要：我国是花生生产大国,花生壳、花生茎叶资源非常丰富,对花生壳、花生茎叶的综合利用可提高农副产品的经济效益。对花生壳、花生茎叶在食品行业和化工行业中提取抗氧化成分、天然黄色素、风味物质、制取膳食纤维、用作食用菌培养基料等进行了概述。As a major peanut producing country,the resource of peanut hull and peanut stem is abundance in China.Comprehensive utilization of peanut hull and peanut stem would greatly enhance the economic benefit of the agricultural products.This paper covers the current utilization situation of peanut hull and peanut stem in food industry and chemical engineering,such as the extractions of antioxidant,yellow pigment,flavor substances and dietary fiber,and being used as a material for making fiberboard,edible fungi culture medium, and so on.
