摘　　要：金融危机以来在就业形势异常严峻,高职院校物流管理专业实训教学尤其显得重要。通过对物流实训教学的必要性、开展途径、教学模式和实训考核等几方面进行探析和总结,强化物流实训教学过程,达到学以致用,满足企业需求和提高就业率的目标。The practical teaching of colleges becomes extremely important Logistics Management Program in vocational in the tough employment situation since the financial crisis. Based on the analysis and summary of the practical teaching of Logistics Management Program in terms of the necessity, the ways, teaching modes and assessment, etc., the article argues for intensification of the practical process so as to satisfy enterorises＇ demand and upgrade employment rate.
