高校教代会民主评议领导干部的思考

摘　　要：教代会民主评议领导干部是高校建立现代大学制度的必然要求。民主评议工作要遵循规范评议、实事求是、维护双方合法权益、坚持党的领导等原则,制订相关配套制度,科学合理地确定参评人员、内容,规范操作。The democratic appraisal to leading cadres by faculty and trade union congress is the inevitable requirements for the establishment of modern university systems in universities and colleges.The work through democratic appraisal must be done under the principles of the specific and practical appraisal,the protection of bilateral legal right,and the persistency of the leadership of the Party,and the relatively complete systems must be scientifically used to the selection of the participation,contents and procedures.
