气囊扩张宫颈助产的临床观察

摘　　要：为了解气囊扩张宫颈对分娩及产程的影响，采用TD-100电脑全自动气囊助产仪，随机对47例（23例引产及24例临产后病例做观察组1、2）在人工破膜前行宫颈扩张术，并与47例同样条件产妇（对照组1、2）进行比较。观察组1的潜伏期平均时间4．93小时，与对照组1的7．89小时比较，P＜0．05。观察组2在破膜至活跃期的平均时间1．34小时，与对照组2的2．43小时比较，P＜0．01。两个观察组的第一产程均较对照组缩短。该方法不增加难产率及母儿合并症，是一种简便、安全的助产方法。To evaluate the effects of cervix dilation with vaginal gas-bag on labor and delivery,the gas-bags were used for the pregnant women (first group, n = 23) to induce labor and forpregnant women(second group, n= 24 )in the latent period before rupture of membrane, 47 casesof pregnant women with similar conditions were included as control (control group 1 and group 2).The latent period was 4. 93 hours in the first group,and 7, 89 hours in the control group (P <0. 05). The duration from the membrane ruptur to active phase of second group was 1. 34 hours,inthe control group was 2. 43 hours (P <0. 01 ). The duration of first stage in the observed groupswas 9. 40 and 9. 41 hours respectively,while in the control groups was 10. 38 and 11. 10 hours respectively (P >0. 05 ). No complication was found. This result shows that the application of vaginal gas-bag is a convenient and safe method in shorting the first stage of labor.
