富硒鸡蛋的安全性研究

摘　　要：本课题对富硒鸡蛋进行了急性毒性、遗传毒性和亚急性毒性（３０天喂养）的研究。实验结果表明，富硒鸡蛋对雌雄性大小鼠经口ＬＤ５０均大于１５０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，未见明显中毒表现，属于无毒；Ａｍｅｓ试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验及小鼠精子畸形试验均呈阴性；３０天喂养试验最大无作用剂量为８０ｇ／ｋｇ。A study on the acute and subacute toxicity and mutagenicity of the selenium riched eggs was carried out with the following results:In acute toxicity test, the selenium riched eggs was non poisonous. The mutagennic test including Ames test, micronucleus test and the aberration rate of sperm in mice, did not show any positive results. In the subacute toxicity test, we did not observe selenium riched eggs having any adverse effeets in rats. The maximum non-effeet level(MNL)of the eggs in rats was 80g/kg.
