结肠腺瘤与腺癌Fas,FasL蛋白的表达及意义

摘　　要：应用免疫组化法检测了３０例结肠腺癌与１０例结肠腺瘤病例的Ｆａｓ，ＦａｓＬ蛋白表达。结果显示：结肠癌与腺瘤Ｆａｓ的阳性表达率差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），但腺癌组ＦａｓＬ的阳性表达率显著高于腺瘤组。结肠癌组Ｆａｓ与ＦａｓＬ表达之间，两者同时表达阳性率２６．６７％；Ｆａｓ阴性、ＦａｓＬ阳性率为２０％。同时表达阴性率３０％。Ｆａｓ阳性、ＦａｓＬ阴性率为２３．３３％。结肠癌Ｆａｓ，ＦａｓＬ的阳性表达与其组织学分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移之间无相关关系。提示结肠癌细胞表达Ｆａｓ或（和）ＦａｓＬ是逃避机体免疫作用的肿瘤生物学特征。The expressions of Fas/FasL proteins were studied in 10 cases of colon adenoma and 30 colon carcinomas with immunohistochemistry. There was no significant difference between colon adenomas and carcinomas in Fas positive rate (P>0.05). But the positive rate of FasL in colon carcinomas was higher than that in adenomas (P<0.05).These existed multiple and complex relations in the expressions of Fas/FasL.There was no corresponding relationship between positive rates of Fas/FasL in colon carcinoma and its histologic grade,clinic stage and metastases in lymph nodes.The results suggest that the expressions of Fas/FasL in colon carcinoma belong to the neoplasm biologic property,that is,the escape of tumor cells from body immune function.
