摘　　要：随着知识信息时代的到来,高校科研管理工作面临着新的机遇和挑战。在此结合当前深入学习实践科学发展观活动,对高校科研管理服务现状作了简要分析,从以人为本、全面发展、协调发展和可持续发展多方面对如何提高高校科研管理水平作了有益探讨。With the an＇ival of knowledge information age,the management of university scientific research is faced with the new opportunity as well as the challenge. This paper has made a brief analysis to the present situation of university scientific research management service,and discussed the way to improve the management level of university scientific research from aspeets of humanist,overall development, coordinated development and sustainable development in the further study and practice the scientific concept of development activities,and discussed the way to improve the management of university scientific research.
