锦州市“以港兴市”发展战略的思考

摘　　要：当今世界许多国家的经济发展实践证明,利用港口经济,促进产业结构调整和促进资源配置优化,是区域经济发展取得成功的重要方式。锦州市自2003年提出"以港兴市"的发展战略,因此研究锦州市"以港兴市"发展战略面临的机会和威胁、优势和劣势,对于科学认识城市发展战略,发展锦州区域经济与建设和谐社会,具有重要的现实意义。Now days, the practice of many countries on economic development has proved that the use of the port economy to readjust industrial structure and optimize the allocation of resources, which is a successfully important mode of regional economic development. Since Jinzhou government bring forward ＂port to development city＂ in 2003, studying the opportunities and threats, weakness and advantage of Jinzhou government ＂port to development city＂, which is important for developing regional economic and building a harmonious society.
