直肠癌内分泌分化与表皮生长因子受体表达的关系及意义

摘　　要：为了探讨直肠癌内分泌分化与表皮生长因子受体（ＥＧＦＲ）表达的关系及意义，采用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法，检测了４９例直肠癌手术切除组织中嗜铬蛋白Ａ（ＣＧＡ）和ＥＧＦＲ的表达变化。结果显示：直肠癌组织中ＣＧＡ及ＥＧＦＲ的表达率均为３８．８％（１９／４９）。有内分泌分化和无内分泌分化的直肠癌，其ＥＧＦＲ的表达率分别为５７．９％（１１／１９）和２６．７％（８／３０），有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ＥＧＦＲ的表达可能与直肠癌的内分泌分化有关。To evaluate the relationship and significance between endocrine differentiation and epidermal growth factor recepter(EGFR) expression in rectal carcinoma,expressions of chromogranin A(CGA) and EGFR were detected in 49 surgical specimens by immunohistochemical ABC technique.The results showed that the incidence of CGA or EGFR expression in the cancerous tissues both was 38.8%(19/49).The expressive rate of EGFR in the tumor with and without endocrine differentiation were 57.9%(11/19) and 26.7%(8/30) respectively.The difference was statistically significant( P <0.05).It indicates that the expression of EGFR may be correlated to the endocrine differentiation of rectal carcinoma.
