摘　　要：根据对目前中国彩民的基本状况、购彩动机的调查研究,运用层次分析法对影响因素进行了系统化、层次化的分析,最后确定出购彩主力军,为有关部门提供参考意见,营造更高的社会效益和经济效益。According to researching on the basic situation and motive in purchasing of people, we analyse the influence factor using analytic hierarchy process, and confirm the main force of purchasing lottery. We provide reference for the relevant department in order to creating a higher social and economic benefits.
