摘　　要：为了观察ＣＤ３ＡＫ／脂质体ＩＬ２对肺癌的疗效，应用ＣＤ３ＡＫ／脂质体ＩＬ２治疗２０例肺癌患者，治疗后患者症状明显改善。血清生化指标，如唾液酸、癌胚抗原含量明显下降，胸片显示半数以上患者的肿块影缩小。可以认为ＣＤ３ＡＫ／脂质体ＩＬ２对肺癌患者有明显的治疗作用。In order to approach the effect of anti CD 3 antibody induced activated killer cell(CD 3AK) and interleukin 2(IL 2) enveloped by liposomes on lung cancer,20 cases of lung cancer were treated with CD 3AK/IL 2.The results showed that after treatment,the symptoms were improve,the level of serum carcinoembryonic antigen and serum sialic acid significantly droped( P <0.01),and the tumor shade of x ray film was reduced.It indicates that CD 3AK/IL 2 treatment is remarkably effective for lung cancer.
