摘　　要：目的：评价血管造影CT在胰岛素瘤定位诊断中的价值。方法：我院应用动态血管造影CT方法诊断一例，并经手术病理证实。结果：胰岛素瘤在血管造影CT现为一高度致密结节。结论：血管造影CT可准确显示胰岛素瘤，是胰岛素瘤术前定位诊断的较佳方法。Purpuse: To evaluate the value of localhation of insulinoma by intra-arterial computed tomography (CT) .Methods:A patient with insulinoma by operative pathology was preoperatively localized by angiographic CT. Results: Insulinoma manifest as a sighcant high dense nodule.Conclusion: Angiographic or could demonstrate insulinoma,and may be one of best preoperative localization method.
