摘 要:PPP2R5C是蛋白磷酸酶2A的调节性亚单位中一个家族成员,它在调节细胞增殖、分化和转化等方面具有重要作用,其作用主要通过对P53蛋白某些位点氨基酸的去磷酸化而实现。近期研究提示,PPP2R5C基因表达模式的改变与细胞恶性转化相关;此外,有研究发现PPP2R5C可以作为B-CLL病情进展的相关标记。本文就PPP2R5C基因结构、生物学功能及PPP2R5C基因与肿瘤发生发展的关系进行了探讨。PPP2R5C is one of the members of regulatory subunits of protein phosphatase 2A ( PP2A), which plays a critical role in cell proliferation, differentiation and transformatiom, based on its induction of dephosphorylation of P53 at various residues. Recently, it was characterized that the alteration of expression pattern of PPP2R5C is associated with cell malignant transformation, thus PPP2RSC was thought as a marker for progressive disease in B-CLL. In this article the gene structure and biological function of PPP2RSC as well as relation of PPP2R5C with genesis and development of cancer were discussed.
