摘　　要：目的：找出影响消化性溃疡（PU）患者生活质量（QOL）下降的原因，以便采用相应的护理措施，使其QOL及治疗效果得到提高．方法：采用分组问卷方法对118例PU患者进行调查，对结果进行统计学处理．同时对58例患者进行性激素6项的检测．结果：PU患者QOL下降严重，涉及多种因素，其中对疾病的认识和心理精神两方面的问题尤为突出，分别占50％和42％．有70名患者反映性生活受到PU的影响，但对病房组58例患者性激素6项检查均在正常值范围，其中2／3反映性生活受到PV的影响，1／3性生活正常，说明PU患者性生活的影响与性激素分泌无关．治疗19d～21d后增加了针对性护理措施的病房组58例患者全部治愈，57％～100％的病例经问卷调查QOL恢复正常功能．60例门诊组患者有8例PU未完全愈合，仅有0～58％的病例QOI。恢复正常功能．结论：护理方法的不同对治疗效果及患者QOL的提高可产生截然不同的反应．Aim: To improve the quality of life (QOL) ofpatients with peptic ulcer (PU), several relevant factorshave been evaluated by aid of corresponding nursingstrategies. Methods: One hundred and eighteen PU and six sexhermones were measured patients divided into differentgroups were questionnaired in this study. Results: TheQOL among PU patients was seriously damaged and inquiryof disease and psychological stress accounted for the mainreasons (50 percent and 42 percent respectively). Sexualactivity was affected in 70 patients, but sex hormones of the58 admitted PU patients showed normal; So the abnormalsexual activity in PV patients was not linked with their sexhormones. During 19 to 21 days, 58 in patiens wererecovered with addition of effective nursing strategies. Thescore of questionnaire was normalized in 57 to 100 percentof hospitalized patients. But the ulcers of eight out of sixtynon-hospitalized out patients were not cured; only 0 to 58percent patients had ther Qol recovered. Conclusion:Nursing strategies play a distinctive role in the treatment of PUpatients and their QOL score.
