Bcl-xl与子宫内膜癌的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的检测Bcl-xl在不同子宫内膜组织中的表达,探讨其在子宫内膜病变发生、发展过程中的作用。方法采用RT-PCR方法及Western blot法检测32例子宫内膜癌组织,12例非典型增生子宫内膜组织,6例单纯性增生子宫内膜组织及10例正常子宫内膜组织中Bcl-xl的表达情况。结果Bcl-xl在单纯性增生子宫内膜组织及非典型增生子宫内膜组织中表达与正常子宫内膜相比无显著性差异(P均>0.05);其在子宫内膜癌组织表达显著高于正常子宫内膜(P均<0.05),其表达与子宫内膜癌病理分级有关(F=5.33,P=0.02)。结论Bcl-xl表达异常可能是子宫内膜癌发病的分子机制之一。Objective To detect the expressions of Bcl-xl in different endometrial tissues and to evaluate the effect of Bcl-xl in the development and progression of endometrial carcinoma. Methods The expressions of Bcl-xl in 32 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 12 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia, 6 cases of endometrial simple hyperplasia and 10 cases of normal endometrial tissues were examined by RT- PCR and Western-blot. Results Compared with the normal endometrial tissue,there were no significant differences in the expression of Bcl-xl mRNA and protein in simple endometrial hyperplasia tissue and in atypical hyperplasia tissue （P 〉 0.05）,but the expression in endometrial cancer tissue was significantly higher（ P 〈 0.05 ） and was associated with the pathological grading of endometrial carcinoma. （F = 5.33, P = 0.02）. Conclusion Abnormal expression of Bcl-xl may be one of the molecular mechanisms of endometrial carcinoma occurrence
