摘 要:目的建立水处理剂中丙烯酰胺单体的气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析方法。方法样品经柱前溴化衍生2h,3ml混合有机溶剂(乙酸乙酯:正己烷体积比为4:1)进行提取后,进行GC-MS测定。结果在4.3~2000μg/ml线性范围内,丙烯酰胺单体的线性回归方程:y=10774x-305196,相关系数为0.9994。该方法的平均回收率范围在70.2%~109.2%之间,批内RSD在1.00%~7.90%之间,批间RSD为5.0%。结论该方法操作简单、快速,具有较高的准确度和灵敏度,适用于水处理剂中丙烯酰胺单体的测定。Objective To develop a method for the determination of acrylamide in floceulant by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods Acrylamide was derived through bromination and extracted by organic solvent. GC-MS method was used to identify the target substance and quantify acrylamide. Results The recoveries obtained from samples spiked with standards were in the range of 70.2%-109.2% and relative standard deviations (n=5) was less than 5.0%. Linearity of peak area was obtained over a wide range of conc'entration (4.3-2 000μg/ml), and the correlation coefficients was 0.999 4. Conclusion The method is reliable, selective and reproducible and it is applicable to the determination of the acrylamide in flocculant.
