铝水抬包清理机床刀具切削运动分析

摘　　要：为了使铝水抬包的铝渣清理更加可靠、简便,运用金属切削加工的原理,对洗刀盘的个数、倾角进行了详细的分析研究,提出了适于专用铝水抬包清理机床的行星运动、切削倾角、铣刀盘空间立体布置形式等。并根据实际预加工的铝水抬包的尺寸规格给出了具体的解决方案,防止了刀盘表面与抬包表面的干涉、挤压。In order to clean the aluminum ladle more reliably and easily,this paper studied the motion of a cleaning machine cutters based on metal cutting principle,and presented the method to determine the number and inclination of the cutters.Then it gave a suitable solution according to the actual preprocessed ladle sizes,and the interference of the cutterhead and the ladle was prevented.
