摘　　要：目的用ＭｃＮａｍａｒａ分析法评价肌激动器对Ⅱ类１分类错患者的疗效。方法对１６例处于生长发育期的Ⅱ类１分类患者，用肌激动器治疗。治疗前后拍摄Ｘ线头颅定位侧位片，用ＭｃＮａｍａｒａ分析法进行比较分析。结果肌激动器对下颌生长起积极作用，对上颌生长可能有抑制作用。结论用ＭｃＮａｍａｒａ分析法可直观地评价肌激动器对Ⅱ类１分类错治疗的效果。Objective To analyze the results of class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion treated by activator. Methods Sixteen growing patients, who were diagnosed as class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion, were evaluated by McNamara analysis.Results The activator affects the growth of mandible positively and inhibits the growth of the maxilla. Conclusion The activator can treat class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion effectively, which can be perceived by McNamara analysis directly.
