摘  要:针对瓦斯爆炸的特点及安全排放的实际情况,在分析煤矿掘进巷道局部通风机恒速运转问题的基础上,设计了一种瓦斯模糊控制的变频调速系统。该系统以变化的瓦斯浓度为参量,利用模糊控制算法,实时控制局部通风机的转速,实现风量的调节。MATLAB仿真实验表明:该方法能较好地实现掘进巷道的正常通风和瓦斯排放,使煤矿生产达到安全节能运行。该系统具有结构简单、成本低、可靠性高、控制能力强等特点,有一定的应用前景。According to the characters of gas explosion and the situation of the safety gas drainage, after analyzing the constant speed of local fan in drivage roadway, a control system based on fuzzy control and SPWM is designed. By the fuzzy control algorithm, the system uses gas concentration as the variable to control the speed of local fan intelligently and adjusts the wind volume. The results of MATLAB simulation prove that the method not only realizes the normal ventilation and gas drainage in drivage roadway, but also makes coal production much safer and saves energy largely. Because of its simple structure, low cost, high reliability and strong control ability this system has a broad application prospects.
