试论高校师资队伍建设的现状与对策

摘　　要：高校师资队伍建设关系着高校的生存和发展,也关系到我国教育事业及社会、经济的发展。当前,我国高校在师资队伍建设中还存在教师数量不足、年龄结构不合理、还未形成有效的管理机制,教师的综合素质不高等问题。为此,在今后的师资队伍建设中,高校要加大人才引进力度,改善教师队伍结构,通过多种渠道提高教师的综合素质,促进师资队伍建设的良性循环,更好地发挥师资队伍的综合效益,以推动高等教育的健康发展。The construction of university teaching staff is related to the survival and development of an institution and also related to the development of our educational undertaking,society and economy. Presently,in the construction of university teaching staff in China there still are suU problems as the insufficient teacher quantity,the unreasonable age structure,the inefficient management mechanism and the inadequate comprehensive quality. For this,in the future constructing of teaching staff,universities should strengthen the talent introducing, improve the teaching staff structure, enhance the comprehensive quality of teacher through various channels,activate a good circle in the construction of university teaching staff and give full play to the comprehensive results of teacher force to spur the virtuous development of higher education.
