磺胺生产含酸废水处理试验研究

摘　　要：选择以电石渣作为中和剂，对磺胺生产过程的含酸废水处理进行了试验研究。考察了过程的影响因素，确定了工艺条件。试验结果表明：处理后的废水达到了工业废水排放标准，可明显减轻对环境的污染。Treatment on acid-bearing wastewater from sulphamide manufacturing was studied, taking calcium carbide dregs as neutralizer in this paper. The influences on processes were examined, and the technological conditions were determined. The experimental results showed that treated wastewater had reached the industrial discharge standard, thus the environmental pollution was reduced obviously.
