摘  要:随着中国金融市场的逐渐开放,中资、外资银行进行了不分种类、不受区域限制的金融业务竞争。国有商业银行传统上所具备的竞争优势,比如资金优势、规模经济等都只是短期的,加速构筑国有商业银行的人力资源管理体系,降低人力资源管理成本、增强人才竞争力是维持其生存、促进其持续发展的核心保证。With the gradual opening of Chinese financial market towards the outside world, state-owned banks are facing fierce competition against both domestic banks and foreign banks. The traditional competitive advantages of stateowned banks, such as the advantage of having adequate capitals and scale economy, have been proved temporary. So to speed up reconstructing human resources management system, reducing management cost and strengthening competitiveness of talents, are the key guarantees of survival as well as sustainable development.
