摘 要:目的研究毛细管气相色谱法快速检测果蔬食品中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯类农药以及毒鼠强、氟乙酰胺鼠药共52种毒物多组分多残留检测平台,检测效果,为果蔬食品多组分农药残留检测提供依据。方法利用乙腈提取,Florisil固相萃取净化技术,采用不同的毛细管柱和检测器进行气相色谱法系统分析测定。结果52种农药在各自最佳仪器条件下分离效果良好,线性关系好,在蔬菜和水果样品中的添加平均回收率为77.2%~112.0%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.57%~13.1%,方法最低检出限0.0002~0.15mg/kg。结论本研究建立的快速检测方法平台简便、快速、经济,具有良好的灵敏度、精密度和准确度,可以满足果蔬食品中多组分多残留毒物的快速检测和突发公共卫生事件应急处理的要求。Objective To set up a rapid determination for 52 pesticide multi - residues and raticides ( Tetramine and Fluoroaeetamide ) in vegetables and fruits samples by capillary gas chromatography. Methods The pesticide residues and raticides in the samples were extracted with aeetonitrile and then the extracts were cleaned up by Florisil solid phase extraction column. Extracts were separated by different capillary columns and detected different detections with GC. Results The 52 pesticide residues and ratieides were separated from each other. The average recoveries were 77.2% - 112.0% in green vegetables and fruits. The relative standard deviations ( RSD) were 2.57% - 13.1% , the range of limits of detection was 0.0002 - 0.15mg/kg. Conclusion This method was proved to be simple, rapid and economical as well as sensitive, accurate and precise. So it was suitable to the determination of pesticide multi - residues in vegetables and fruits ,and was used to treat treatment in public health emergencies induced by this kind of chemicals.
