摘　　要：为适应经济社会发展与高校快速发展的要求,必须高度重视高校人事档案管理工作的地位与作用。针对当前管理工作存在的问题,有必要建立健全与之对应的各项保障制度,积极探索科学发展的有效途径。In order to meet the requirements of economic and social development and the rapid development of colleges and universities,we must attach great importance to the status and role of university s personnel records management work.Facing the current management problems,it is necessary to establish a sound corresponding security system,actively explore effective ways of scientific development.
