摘　　要：企业引进消化吸收再创新活动是一项高风险的活动,可能由于外部环境的不确定性、技术创新项目的难度与复杂性,以及企业的能力与实力的有限性等而导致创新活动延期、中止、失败或达不到预期的技术经济指标,形成企业引进消化吸收再创新风险。从系统论的观点出发分析了引进、消化吸收、再创新的每个过程的主要风险及其成因,并提出目前企业在应对风险中存在的一些问题,使人们对企业引进消化吸收再创新风险有进一步认识。Enterprises＇ acquisition, absorption, and re-innovation is of high risk,and the activity may be unable to reach the expected target smoothly, delay, desistance, or even to be a failure because of uncertainty of the internal and external environment, difficulty and complexity of the technological innovation project, and the limit of the abilities of enterprises. This paper analyses the main risk of each course of acquisition, absorption, and re-innovation, and re-innovation and their origins, then put forward some questions that exist in tackling the risk at present. It makes people know the risk of acquisition, absorption, and re-innovation further.
