摘　　要：对企业进行科学准确的资信评估,可以辅助决策,降低投资者风险,因此提高资信评估的准确度和科学性极其重要。针对当前企业资信评估方法的不足,将BP神经网络应用于企业资信评估。根据企业资信等级与其影响因素之间的映射关系,建立BP神经网络评估模型。实验结果表明,该模型具有较高的精度,提高了企业资信评估的准确性。Scientific and accurate credit rating of enterprises can be assisted in decision- making and the risk of investors can be reduced. Therefore,it is utmost important to improve the accuracy and the scientific of the credit rating. BP neural network is applied to the problem of corporation credit rating to avoid the inability of conventional credit rating methods. BP neural network model is established for the problem according to the relationship between credit rating and its influential factors. The results show that the model is fast and accurate.
