摘　　要：当前小额贷款公司试点正在全国试行。贵州省作为中国人民银行总行2004年确立的首批小额贷款公司试点省份之一,经过近几年来的试点和总结,小额信贷已经积累了一定经验。本文总结了贵州多种小额信贷实践形式,系统分析了小额信贷发展的基本经验,并对进一步发展小额信贷提出了一些针对性政策建议。At present, micro-credit company are being forward in the whole country. Guizhou is one of the first provinces which are authorized by PBC to have priority of establishing a micro-credit company in 2004. This paper summarizes experience of multi-kinds of micro-credit practice in Guizhou, and analyze the basic characteristics of the development of micro-credit, and offes some policy advices about the further development of micro-credit company.
