摘　　要：目的评估CT导向下椎体成形术治疗椎体转移瘤的疗效。方法对24例椎体转移瘤共34个椎体在CT导向下施行椎体成形术治疗,术中采用小剂量、较稠浓度骨水泥低压注入病变椎体,术后定期随访评价疗效。结果24例椎体成形术全部顺利完成,其中18例术后疼痛即刻减轻,2例3d后疼痛减轻,3例1周后疼痛缓解,1例症状改善不明显;未发生严重并发症。结论CT导向下椎体成形术治疗椎体转移瘤是一种比较安全的微创治疗技术,近期疗效肯定。Objective To evaluate the efficiency of the percutaneous vertebroplasty（PVP） for spinal metastases.Methods Twenty four cases（34 vertebrae lesions） underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty guided by CT.A small volume of bone cement with higher density was injected into vertebrae lesions under lower pressure.All the cases were followed up after operation.Results The twenty four cases with spinal metastases were performed with the percutaneous vertebroplasty successfully,of all the cases,18 patients＇ pain decreased instantly after operation,2 cases improved in three days and 3 in one week,and 1 case unimproved.There were no serious complications.Conclusion The percutaneous vertebroplasty（PVP） is a safer,minimally invasive technique for the spinal metastases.
