北方高校冬季体育课教师能力的培养

摘　　要：通过对北方高校冬季体育课的现状和教师的基本能力的调查,针对当前区域性体育教师教学的特点,总结出北方高校体育教师应具备掌握和运用理论知识的能力、良好的技术与示范能力、运用科学合理的教学方法与手段的能力、实施美育教育的能力、指导学生运动和创新的能力和分析问题和解决问题的能力,并提出加强自学能力、增强体育教师理论知识的内涵、定期参加培训、更新知识和技能、加强人才资源管理、优化学历职称结构和教学、教研、训练相结合,在教学过程中互相辅助等措施,为北方高校冬季体育教学质量的提高提供理论参考。Basing on the investigation of the current situation and teachers＂ basic ability in winter sports teaching in northern universities, considering the teaching character of current regional physical education teachers, the article indicates that the physical education teachers in northern universities should have the ability to study and apply the theoretic knowledge, to teach by well skill demonstration, to use some scientific teaching method and means, to bring the aesthetic education into effect, to guide the students＇ability of sports activity, innovation, analyzing and resolving a problem. As a reference for improving the winter sports teaching effect in northern universities, it suggests that the teachers should enhance the self-study ability, improve the meaning of theoretic knowledge, termly take part in training, update the knowledge and skill, reinforce the management of talent resource, optimize the structure of professional titles, combine the teaching with the research and the training.
