摘　　要：介绍了质子激发Ｘ射线荧光法测定样品中微量元素的原理和实验方法；给出了胃癌高、低发环境区白菜中微量元素的含量，提示了高含量Ｃｒ，Ｆｅ，Ｃｕ及低Ｓｅ可能与胃癌高发有关。The principle and experiment method of determining the trace elements in sample by PIXE are introduced.The concentration of trace elements in chinese cabbage growing in environment district of high and low incidence of gastric carcinoma is given. It was prompted that higher coucentratiom of Cr,Fe,Cu and lower Se was the reason of high incidence of gastric carcinoma .This method gives the grounds on trace elements for exploration,environmental factor of high incidence district of gastric carinoma.
