摘　　要：在存在感兴趣区域图像的情况下,利用JPEG2000中的一般位移法对小波分解后的低频和部分高频系数作提升,达到对感兴趣区域和全图质量的提高,然后结合SPIHT算法编码。依据人眼的视觉原理,实验中采用圆形作为感兴趣区域。通过3组实验对比,可知:对低频和中频系数全面提升后,重构后的图像质量有所提高。In the presence of interested regions in images,the experiment upgrades the wavelet decomposition low-frequency and partial high-frequency coefficients by the general scaling method of JPEG2000, in order to improve the quality of interested regions and the whole images, and then code combining with SPIHT. The experiment, according to human＇s visual characteristic, uses a circular as the interested region. Through three sets of contrast experiments, it can reach the conclusion： reconstructed image quality has been increased after completely improving low-frequency and intermediate frequency coefficients.
