摘  要:对重型车辆减震器的失效摩擦片进行分析。结果表明,其失效的宏观表现为表面烧损、粘着和磨损,微观表现为粘着和犁沟磨损。失效的主要原因是作为衬层的改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料的耐热性差,导致固体润滑膜易损耗。改进衬层复合材料,提高其耐热性,获得稳定性好的固体润滑膜,是解决摩擦片失效最直接有效的方法。The failed damper friction plates of a heavy vehicle were analyzed. The results show that the macroscopic expression of the failed friction plates presents surface burning, surface adhesion and surface wear, while the microscopic expression shows adhesion and furrow wears. The main reason of failure is that the solid lubricating film foimed by the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)composite( the lining material of the friction plates)is easily spoilaged due to the poor heat resistance of PTFE. The direct and effective method to resolve the failure is to improve the properties of the PTFE composite to obtain a stable solid lubricating film.
