中医药治疗围绝经期抑郁症的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的：对中医药干预因素在围绝经期抑郁症治疗中的疗效进行评价,探求中医药治疗本病的规范与使用标准。方法：检索近10年中医药干预围绝经期抑郁症的随机对照临床试验,并对文献结果进行Meta分析。结果：共有15篇临床研究文献入选,并就研究结果进行异质性检验,结果x^2=18.99,P=0.17。采用固定效应模型进行统计分析,合并后OR值为2.74,95%可信区间为2.06～3.64,菱形位于中间线的右侧,经Z检验,Z=6.92,P〈0.00001。即中医药治疗的疗效显著。结论：（1）中医药治疗围绝经期抑郁症与西药治疗疗效相当,且可发挥其副作用少、安全性强的优势;（2）中医药（尤其针灸）治疗围绝经期抑郁症需要更多高质量的研究文献作为有力证据,现阶段文献资料不够严谨。Objective： To assess the effectiveness and safety of TCM therapy on Climacteric Depression. Methods： Randomized controlled trials or clinical controlled trials of TCM therapy for interfere of climacteric depression in recent 10years were reviewed and Meta-analysis was made for the literature result. Results： Altogether 15papers of clinical study were enrolled. Heterogeneous tests were conducted for the result of the 15 studies, as result, X^2 = 18.99, P = 0.17, The fixed effect model was used for statistical analysis, after combination OR = 2.74, confidence nterval of 95 % was 2.06 - 3.64. The rhombus was located at the right side of the medium line. After Z test, Z = 6.92, P 〈 0.00001 ,the therapeutic effect and the cured rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Conclusions ： （ 1 ） The treatment of perimenopausal depression has the same effect compared with the western medicine but the side effects is less. Thus, it can play a little advantage of strong security. （2）There is a strong need of more high-quality researches of the Chinese Medicine（especially acupuncture） in the treatment of perimenopansal depression as the clinical evidence is though to be not stringent enough.
