摘  要:某型汽轮机—减速器系统存在一定的振动问题,其振动主要来源于多级齿轮啮合,通过采用啮合线与水平线的夹角作为重要的参考角度的方法,可以方便地得到多级齿轮的动态啮合力模型。将此动态啮合力与有限元方法相结合,建立了汽轮机—减速器系统的动力学模型。采用数值仿真的方法求解了系统的动态响应,仿真结果表明:系统具有复杂的频率成份,包括转频、啮合频率及其边频带、啮合频率之间的组合及其边频带。采用电动机和齿轮箱来模拟汽轮机—减速器系统,建立了模拟试验台。通过试验研究了模拟试验台的动态响应,试验测试结果验证了对模拟试验台的理论计算结果。为工程实践中的汽轮机—减速器系统的振动特性分析和故障诊断提供了重要的依据。A certain kind turbine-reducer system has large vibration problem,its vibration mainly comes from multi-mesh gear.The dynamic model of multi-mesh gear train can be modeled conveniently by applying the angle between the horizontal line and the mesh line as important reference angle.The dynamic mesh force and the finite element method are applied to derive the dynamic model of the turbine-reducer system. The numerical integration is adopted to solve the dynamic response of the turbine-reducer system. The simulation results show that the system has complicated frequencies,which include all rotational frequencies, all mesh frequencies and their sideband, the combination of two mesh frequencies and its sideband.An electromotor is used to simulate turbine,a gear box is used to simulate reducer,a stimulant testbed is proposed.The dynamic response is investigated by experimental measurement,the results of measurement validate the results of theoretical calcuIation about stimulant test-bed.An important reference for the vibration characteristic analysis and failure diagnosis of turbine-reducer system used in engineering practice is provided.
