优质猪肉供应链中养猪场户与屠宰加工企业的合作关系分析——基于对376家养猪场户的问卷调查

摘　　要：依据376家养猪场户的调查问卷,实证分析了优质猪肉供应链中养猪场户与屠宰加工企业的合作关系。研究表明:养猪场户与屠宰加工企业合作的目的在于追求及时稳定的高收入,双方在生猪质量定级与价格确定、信息服务、疫病防疫、投入品供应、争议解决等方面开展了卓有成效的合作;7成以上的养猪场户对合作效果表示满意并愿意继续合作;合作中存在着信息不对称、地位不平等、服务水平低、监管不到位和合同期限短等问题,为此应加强供应链管理理论教育,加强对养猪场户和屠宰加工企业的培训和扶持,加强猪肉市场监管。According to the questionnaires of 376 slaughter and processing enterprises,the cooperation between pig farmers and slaughter and processing enterprises in high quality pork supply chain has been empirical analyzed.It shows that the pig farmer wants to pursue timely and stable high-income by cooperation with slaughter and processing enterprises,and they have carried out fruitful cooperation in many fields,such as,determining the quality level and the price of live pigs,information service,disease prevention and so on;more than 70% pig farmers are satisfied with the cooperation and like further cooperation,and there are also many problems in the cooperation,such as,asymmetric information,unequal status and so on.As a result,the education of supply chain management,the training and support to the partners and the supervision to pork market all shall be strengthened.
