摘　　要：故障安全控制系统FSC为苯酚丙酮装置在事故状态下的安全提供了保证,系统的SOE功能可对系统本身的故障或导致联锁停车的各种事件进行记录。对联锁动作的时间记录精确到毫秒级,并且提供了第一时间报警等功能,以利于运行故障的快速分析。Failure-safe control system will ensure the safety when the phenol acetone device is in the emergency condition,which function can provide the record of all the faults caused by the system itself as well as the reasons which lead to the interlock and record the time of interlock actions and offer the first time alarming functions to analyze the running trouble quickly.
