摘　　要：如何加强固定资产投资管理,完善投资决策制度,控制投资成本;如何对固定资产投资项目进行效益评估,正确评价项目的盈利能力和项目经营风险水平。面对固定资产投资项目而引发的各类财务管理问题,作者认为,有效的解决办法就是对固定资产投资项目进行后评价,通过项目后评价来发现问题、解决问题。How to strengthen the management of investment of the fixed assets,improve the system of investment decision,control the cost of investment; investment in fixed assets correctly. The project carries on benefit assessment, the profit ability of the correct appraisal project and project business risk level. Face the investment in fixed assets. All kinds of finaneial problems of management that the project causes, the author thinks, an effective solution is to enter to the investment project of the fixed assets Walk on post-evaluation, pinpoint the problems, solve the problem through post-evaluation.
