结直肠癌中p33ING1与VEGF蛋白的表达及其临床意义

摘  要:目的探讨p33ING1与VEGF在结直肠癌组织中的表达,以及与结直肠癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法采用Western blot方法检测48例结直肠癌组织中的p33ING1与VEGF的表达。结果Western blot结果证实在结直肠癌组织中、癌旁组织、正常肠黏膜组织中p33ING1的相对表达量依次增加(P<0.05),而VEGF则依次降低(P<0.05)。VEGF蛋白表达水平与结直肠癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),p33ING1蛋白表达水平与结直肠癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论VEGF与p33ING1的表达与结直肠癌发展有关,进行VEGF与p33ING1的Western blot方法检测对判断结直肠癌生物学行为和预后具有参考价值。Objective To study the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and p33ING1 in coloreetal cancer, and their relation with the clinieopathological features. Methods VEGF protein and p33ING1 protein expressions in 50 cases of human coloreetal cancer tissues, adjacent tissues and normal mueosal tissues was detected by western blot method. Results Western blot results show that the relative p33ING1 expression levels increased in eolorectal cancer tissues, adjacent tissues and normal mucosal tissues in sequence, and VEGF decreased. The expression of VEGF was related to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis ( P〈0.05) ,and there was a close relationship between the expression of p33ING1 and tumor size, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis ( P〈0.05). Conclusion VEGF and p33ING1 are positively correlated with development of eolorectal cancer, suggesting that detection of VEGF and p33ING1 may be of value in calculating the biological behaviors and the prognosis of colorectal cancer.
