农艺措施对早稻嘉育253直播产量及籽粒植酸含量的影响

摘  要:利用超高产早稻新品种嘉育253,进行了不同播期、施N量与播种量的大田试验,通过对产量、产量构成因子及稻谷、糙米及精米植酸含量的测定分析,结果表明:就单因子而言,播期为4月15日的产量最高,而施N总量为13kgN/667m2或播种量为6kg/667m2的处理产量显著高于其他处理;就播种期、播种量与施N总量三因子的综合影响而言,4月8日播种、施N总量为13kg/667m2、播种量为6kg/667m2的实际产量最高;就植酸含量而言,糙米植酸含量在不同播期间、不同施N量间存在显著差异,随播期延后或随施N量的增加,糙米植酸含量呈递减的趋势;不同播种量间糙米植酸含量没有显著差异。而不同播期、播种量与施N总量对精米的植酸含量没有明显影响。这表明,高产配套的农艺措施对精米植酸含量影响不显著,不会明显影响精米中的矿质营养的有效性。Effects of the different sowing date, nitrogen level, sowing rate on grain yield, yield components and phytic acid content were studied in the field experiment with early rice variety Jiayu253. The yield ,yield component factors, and the content of phytic acid in paddy rice ,brown rice, and milled rice were measured. The main results were shown as follows: in term of single factor,the yield of rice reached the highest when the sowing date was on April 15, and the yield treated with 13kg/667m^2 N or 6kg/667m^2 sowing rate was significantly higher than those of other treatments, respectively;consid-ering all factors,the yield of rice reached the highest under the treatment of sowing date on April 8,application of 13kg/ 667m^2 N,and 6kg/667m^2 seeds ;phytic acid contents in brown rice were quite different among different sowing dates or nitrogen levels,showing a downward tendency with delaying sowing date or increasing nitrogen. However,there was no significant difference among sowing rates;on the contrary, the phytic acid content in milled rice was obviously insensitive to the sowing date, the nitrogen level, and the sowing rate. Thus, the results indicated that agronomic measures had little effects on the phytie acid content in milled rice, and wouldn't affect the mineral availability.
