摘　　要：应用挤压膨化原理,研制了一种小型秸秆膨化机,设计了关键部件的技术参数,进行了玉米秸和豆秸膨化试验,营养成分的变化结果表明,膨化机的研制是成功的。这种小型膨化机投资小,适用广大农户,这对提高秸秆的利用率,促进农村畜牧业发展,提高农民收入很有意义。Based on the principle of extruding theory,the paper designs and develops a kind of small crop straw extruder.With the design of technological parameters of key parts,the author conducted an experiment on the extrusion of corn stalk and bean stalk.The results of transformation of the nutritious ingredients show that the extruder developed is a success.The small extruder needs only a small investment,thus suitable to a large number of farmers.It is greatly significant to improve the utilization efficiency ofcrop straw, to promote the development of animal husbandry in rural areas and toimprove the income of farmers.
