摘 要:通过分析实验室筛选得到的芽胞杆菌的各生理特性,运用单因素、正交实验的方法进行发酵培养基及培养条件的优化,选择恰当的方法得到其次级代谢产物(BSC)纯品,进一步了解其抗菌活性。结果:通过发酵优化,改变其生长特性,次级代谢产物产量提高约20.92倍,纯度达95%左右,抑菌谱测定显示其具有较好的抗菌活性。此芽胞杆菌次级代谢产物具有较好的抗菌活性,可能是新型的抗生素类药物。A strain of Bacillus sp. , isolated from a soil sample near the Huanghai beach, has been suggested that its secondary metabolite has a broad antimicrobial spectrum. Through studying on its physiological characteristics, single factors experiments and orthogonal experiments, the medium and the bacterial growth conditions were optimized. Its secondary metabolite was purified in an efficient way and then reseached on its antibacterial activity. After optimization, the bacterial growth characteristics have been changed, and the yield of its secondary metabolite has been improved about 20.9 times. Its purity achieved about 95%. According to the antibacterial spectrum, it can be known that the secondary metabolite has an effective antibacterial activity. The yield of the secondary metabolite can be improved a lot by optimization. It has a fair antibacterial activity, and it is maybe a potential antibiotic.
