摘　　要：生物工程专业综合性大实验是由抗生素实验体系、酶制剂实验体系组成,该实验与实际生产过程联系紧密,学生自主设计性内容多,综合性强,是科研促进教学的典型代表。文章阐述了综合性大实验建设的意义,介绍了实验的开设时间与成绩评定方法。The comprehensive bio-engineering specialty experiment is composed of antibiotic experiment system and enzyme preparation experiment system. The experiment, which has strong comprehensiveness, including many design contents from the students themselves, is closely related to the actual production process, and it is die typical representative of promotion of teaching through scientific research. The significance of comprehensive bio-engineering specialty experiment is set forth and it is introduced that when the experiment begins and how to assess the grade.
