生物专业高年级本科生科研创新能力培养

摘　　要：科研创新能力和素质,是大学本科高年级生应该具备的重要学术能力。国家大学生创新性实验计划,旨在通过以国家级重点实验室为平台,提高高年级本科生科研创新能力和素质。武汉大学该项目资助的人泡沫逆转录病毒介导IL-24对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用研究课题,让2名本科生进入实验室,抓住科研实践机遇,对其进行系统的培训,提高了他们的科研创新能力和素质,文中对如何培养生物专业高年级本科生科研创新能力及素质的过程作初步探讨。Capability of innovation for scientific research is an important thing that senior undergraduates should train for. ＂State Undergraduate Innovative Training Program＂ provides an important change of promoting capability and stuff of scientific research for senior undergraduates. Through a supported project ＂Research on suppressing cancer cells by human foamy virus （HFV） - mediated IL - 24＂, two undergraduates entered a scientific laboratory to improve their capability and stuff of scientific research. According their research experience, we simply discussed how to promote the capability of innovation for scientific research for senior undergraduate in this paper.
