摘　　要：为了提高专业实验中心整合以后的整体优势,充分发挥专业实验中心的作用和效益,分析了目前实验队伍建设中存在的主要问题。按照大工程观理念的目标要求,介绍了加强实验队伍建设的必要性。从完善实验室管理制度入手,就如何稳定实验队伍、充分调动实验人员的积极性、培养创新意识和创新能力、提高服务意识等方面,探讨了加强创新型实验队伍建设的具体措施,给出了取得的初步成果。In order to improve the whole superiority and make full use of the specialized experiment center after the reorganization, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of the experimental teams at present. With the objective requirements of the idea of large - scale engineering, the paper introduces that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the experimental teams. The specific measures are explored to strengthen the construction of innovative experimental teams from perfecting the laboratory management system, such as stabilizing and raising team zeal, improving the creative intention and ability, to increasing services idea, and etc, and some preliminary results are given.
